A Strange and Interesting call. Ex- Area 51 worker is scared for his life!

Two things bother me about this call
1. The talkshow's radio satellite (Coast to Coast) being randomly knocked out in the middle of the call.
2. This show took place on Sept. 11th 1997
Also the hoaxer supposedly called Art a week or so later and fessed up to the hoax... but why would you do that if you perpetrated one of the greatest moments in radio history?
That was by far one of the most intense moments on one of the best radio shows I ever heard. The growing stress of that night and on the show was absolutely captivating as I'm sure everyone felt that maybe this was the show that went a little bit to far.

The only thing that doesn't seem like a hoax is the tech problems they had at the radio station. In my opinion i still don't believe in it. It's really hard to take anything related to aliens seriously.
Thank you for all the input. While taking aliens seriously, I like to bring to light that we can't discredit everything merely because of no solid proof. After all, we've only scraped a tiny fraction of the ocean frontier, let alone space.

It's strange, but undoubtedly a hoax in my opinion.
That would be really weird if it wasn't so fake. I REALLY wish we have alien contact. But I guess I should just be grateful that in the finite reality we exist in that planet earth in all its glory has managed to sustain life.

Well..it's hard to believe..but the sattelite shutting down at this moment is a bit to much coincidence I think.
